North Cottage is a Grade II listed farm labourer’s cottage dating back over four hundred years. It is situated within over an acre of landscaped gardens with views out to the surrounding rolling countryside. The owners were looking to create a small rear extension, opening up the back of the house to the garden. The design was for a traditional orangery style bay window, creating a large expanse of glazing which allows light to pour into the ground floor sitting rooms.

Studio Wolsey was appointed up to Planning.
